By booking a session, purchasing a product, or participating in any service offered by Abstract Orlando, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services both online and in our physical studio.

1. Bookings & Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to reserve your spot.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your scheduled session.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiting your session without refund.

2. Studio Rules

• All participants must follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Abstract Orlando reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult.

3. Artwork Drying & Pickup

• Artwork must remain in the studio for the drying and finishing process — usually 5 to 7 days.
• Guests must pick up artwork within 14 days or opt for shipping.
• Abstract Orlando is not responsible for unclaimed artwork after the pickup window.

4. Intellectual Property

• All branding, instructional content, and designs created by Abstract Orlando remain the intellectual property of the business.
• You retain full ownership of any personal artwork you create during your session.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds or credits are granted only under certain conditions and at the discretion of Abstract Orlando.
• In the case of cancellation by the studio, you will receive a gift card or the option to reschedule. No cash refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abstract Orlando is not liable for:

• Accidental damage to personal property or artwork
• Any injuries sustained while participating in studio activities
• Delays caused by weather, technical issues, or third-party platforms

7. SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and marketing communications via SMS. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support.

8. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
